Sreevidya is currently serving as the CEO of Digital X and its subsidiaries. She was previously the Corporate Head of HR at Kellton Tech. An engineer by education and a Human Resources professional by trade, Sree Vidya has worked with companies such as Capital One, AT&T, America Online, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae in the technical field before moving into Human Resources, driven by her love for interacting with people. She graduated from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, with a degree in B.Tech, Electronics and Telecommunication.
Lakshmi is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in the software industry. She is known for building high-impact, globally diverse teams and successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives in both startup and enterprise environments. Lakshmi is a creative problem-solver, skilled at fostering strong cross-functional relationships and driving strategic efforts to exceed project objectives.
