We architected and built a scalable data infrastructure hosted on AWS, bringing together all key data streams into a single, analytics-ready environment:

•   Built an integrated data pipeline ingesting real-time and historical data from property management, transaction, and listing platforms
•   Designed automated data workflows to eliminate manual ingestion and ensure consistent, timely data availability
•   Implemented data transformation and storage processes to clean, structure, and manage data in a scalable AWS PostgreSQL data lake
•   Enabled advanced analytics and visualization through Metabase and Looker Studio, surfacing actionable insights for business users
